At Aquila's we understand that the contracting business in general has a reputation for fly-by-night operations, poor work quality, and a disappointing customer experience. It's a quite unfortunate reality sometimes in this business so we're trying very hard to show people just how legitimate we are, and how seriously we take customer satisfaction. We started with the most important step - joining the Better Business Bureau. Our record is clean and it will stay that way.

Our motto is "You don't pay a nickel until you're satisfied!"
...because we know you will be, and we want to take the risk out of doing business with us. The only money we will ever ask for up front may be a little bit of help with the materials costs on a large-scale home improvement job...but you can understand that, right? We won't accept a nickel for the labor we do on any job - tree or home improvement - until you are completely satisfied with the work we've done, and we'll put this in writing for you before we even begin the job.

Are We Insured? You bet we are! With $2 Million dollars in aggregate coverage, we're certainly covered. But we do not plan on using our coverage, we plan on safety. We have the latest in top-notch safety equipment and we don't take any chances. We thoroughly plan each move we make and make sure that we check, double check, and often times triple-check our safety gear, rigging, and techniques. We have friends and families to go home to at the end of the day and we plan on making each day perfectly safe for everyone!

Are we official, or are we fly-by-night?
We're official, and we're here to stay. We love what we do and we're quite good at it. We don't stop working until you're happy with our work, and we're not happy until you are.
